Strobel Fabrication's sandblasting, priming, painting, powder coating and galvanizing procedures ensure a quality finish that looks good and will stand the test of time.
We begin with a superior zinc-rich primer that has been shown to be preferrable in destructive testing and experimental studies. This primer allows for less corrosion based on its self-healing attributes and offers excellent cathodic protection due to its unique chemical characteristics.
Other coating capabilities include two-part (immersion grade) primers, high temperature coatings, and shop-applied fireproofing.
Components leave our paint booth only after examination by an NACE qualified inspector and NACE level III approved Standard Operating Procedures with daily reports on:
